*We currently only ship within Canada.
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Here’s what you can expect:
Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Time: Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days in Canada.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size.
Order Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate — we can’t be responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
RETURNS
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s our policy:
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and in original condition.
Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable products, or items marked “final sale” cannot be returned.
How to Return: Contact us at info@prettyandprimal.ca with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, let us know — we’ll help you swap it for another product (shipping costs may apply).
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, message us on our Contact Page, or email direct at info@prettyandprimal.ca. We’ll work with you to make it right.
